Charlotte is VP of Venture Development at Project A, leading a team of 10 people in Venture Development and Venture Building.

Charlotte brings over 7 years of experience in startups, having worked with more than a dozen portfolio companies. Most recently, she spent time building a scalable operations foundation for two German B2C fintech startups.
