Stephan began his career as a software engineer after finishing his diploma in Computer Science and spent many years in Software Engineering and Tech Leadership roles.

Since joining Project A in 2015, Stephan has worked with our portfolio companies to build modern, scalable software systems and corresponding tech organizations, advising them on digital transformation.
‍
He collaborated with Trade Republic, Kry, Spryker, Sennder, Lampenwelt, Gartenhaus, Amann Girrbach, and many more as interim CTO and VP Engineering, helping with interviews, hiring, and mentoring tech leaders.

Stephan also works closely with our Investment team, supporting them with due diligence processes.
