What dissent of yours was the most important one in your career?

It's quite an outdated dissent, but someone told me that being too outspoken about (gender) equality at work can be harming for career progression as it can feel people make uncomfortable. I disagreed, as I believe feeling uncomfortable about an issue is a sign that change is needed, which we can only drive if we withstand discomfort. Luckily, at a company like Unmind equality is one of their top priorities and being outspoken about it is highly valued.
