What convention in your discipline are you disagreeing with at the moment?

Calling events "hybrid." We don't call our advertising campaigns or business models "hybrid." But when it comes to events using different channels becomes an unusual thing. Events are all about audience experiences, meaningful conversations, and the best touchpoints for this, just like any other communications channel. Calling events "hybrid" means not understanding how events work.
