What dissent of yours was the most important one in your career?

To believe in the potential of Trade Republic! I joined while the company was in stealth mode at a time where we didn’t have a banking license nor a brand name, only a very promising prototype of the app. My network thought I was taking the wrong decision when I left BCG to join a mission that I could not even talk about. Back then, it seemed all very mysterious, but not anymore!
