Karel Dörner is a Senior Partner based in Munich, Germany, and global co-leader of McKinsey Digital. He works with clients in digital transformation and business-building (Leap by McKinsey), especially on Direct-to-Consumer, online strategies and implementations, and technology innovation. Before returning to McKinsey, he launched multiple digital and tech companies, including co-founding alando/eBay in Europe. Karel also supported and followed various German startup teams as a Business Angel ​and mentor.
