As Head of Talent Acquisition at a B2B fintech startup, Thomas built up several teams including Tech, None-Tech & Executive Hiring, for five years. He then joined the Berlin mobility start-up TIER as an Interim Manager and scaled the organisation through the Series C & D funding and lead a team of +20 across Europe. He then founded the company pplwise to support companies in achieving their growth targets.
