Stefan Ostwald is the co-Founder and Managing Director of Parloa, responsible for product and technology. The Berlin-based software company developed an AI-based SaaS enterprise solution for automating customer communication. Companies like ERGO, Decathlon, and Swiss Life use Parloa to create automated dialogs for telephony, chatbots, and other channels. Before, Stefan founded two other companies and headed product innovations at nu3 - a Project A Ventures company. He's raised multiple financing rounds and completed publicly-funded research programs with his startups. Stefan studied Information Technology at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and Design Thinking at the Hasso Plattner Institute. For him, innovation is always associated with research.
