What dissent of yours was the most important one in your career?

I approach dissent as an opportunity to learn, grow and to understand perspectives that differ from mine. There is no such most important one but the one I remember recently was a discussion with a client. When I reflected on his argument I realised that my message didn‘t come across. It helped me to adapt my communication accordingly so that we could find a tailored solution.
