What dissent of yours was the most important one in your career?

I have been well advised by my investors. But after our Series B their opinion we should have earlier hired more senior people in management positions lead me to leave my own path. I did the mistake to hire 2 very experienced ( from too biig companies) but not hands- on people, which costed us not only a lot of money but even worse a lot of time without results. Hiring is the most important tasks but also the strategy behind it. I should have trusted my experience to build smart and young people as those who can build groundbreaking new things are either growing with us or are entrepreneurs themselves. After that experience i feel the most importnat dissent is probably the one you didnt do.
