Before joining Deutsche Börse in January 2023, Stefan worked in investment banking for 15 years, advising numerous companies on IPOs and equity transactions.

In his current role, he leads a team dedicated to supporting companies aspiring to go public and those listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
