As engineering leaders we deal with the same categorical problems around our teams even if our organizations are of different sizes, shapes or stages in maturity. We want to attract talent, hold a high bar in hiring, retain the best and help everyone grow. In this talk we will place them on a framework that you can use to apply the same iterative and collaborative product engineering practices that we are all accustomed to. I hope we can start sharing some of our implementation details and help each other by using a consistent framework.
