He was CEO of Shutterfly, Amazon UK, and Phaidon Press. He is a board member/observer at Forto, SellerX, Get Your Guide, and Sendcloud, as well as several nonprofit organizations, including the Ashmolean Museum, Harvard Art Museums, Character Lab, and the American Friends of the Royal Collection.
