Ellyn is a Senior Talent Consultant at Project A. Focused on operational excellence in talent acquisition and communications, she’s responsible for optimizing recruiting workflows and supporting Project A’s portfolio of early-stage startups and private equity investments.

Before that, Ellyn built up startup teams from scratch at BCG Digital Ventures and scaled the team at a Berlin-based Series A travel tech startup.
