Born in Chechnya and raised in Germany and France as a refugee, Farisa grew up with multiple cultures. After graduating, she interned at a Non-Profit in Washington, DC, advocating for equal constitutional rights for underrepresented communities.

She graduated from European Business School in 2021 and joined b2venture as an analyst after gaining experience in tech and startups at Amazon, Choco, Vaha, and AWS.

In 2022, Farisa became a fellow at Included VC, an organization transforming the VC industry by increasing diversity.
