Andrea Althaus is VP of Talent Acquisition at Project A, an operational venture capital based in Berlin. She has been leading the department for more than three years. With a focus on qualitative talent acquisition, she and her teams have supported many portfolio companies in finding and developing great talents and employees and increasing their recruiting efficiency.

Before joining Project A, she worked in Human Resources for a diverse range of companies, founded her own company for mobile apps, and worked as a lecturer in Human Resources at the IU- University of Applied Science.
