Understanding price elasticities for Lampenwelts assortment is quite challenging. A lot of products are having quite parse transaction datasets. Also historic data contains a lot of ups and downs from covid and inflation periods, also supply chain disruptions are leading to data quality issues. Therefore, we want to use more recent data and cluster products from customer perspective. For those clusters, we are building elasticity models for optimising the product prices in different scenarios.
