Elise heads the People and Culture department at Spryker. Her main goal is to create a company culture where digital talents love to work.

For over six years, she has been constantly working on creating, optimizing, and innovating P&C processes. Elise built the talent acquisition team and developed a feedback and learning culture.

Before joining Spryker, she gained experience in startups and corporates such as Auto1 and Otto, with a strong focus on recruiting and employer branding.
