Ivan is a technology leader with a proven track record across different industries and company stages. As the CTO at Enpal, he leads an engineering organization with 200 people. Previously, he was a VP of Engineering at HelloFresh. In addition to leading technical organizations, he has successfully led a 100-person company as the Managing Director.

Before stepping into engineering management roles, Ivan was an accomplished engineer and architect, specializing in complex systems and scalable cloud solutions. He has been highly active in the technical community, leading Berlin Software Craftsmanship meetup and organizing events such as the SoCraTes conference.
