Dr. Mirko Caspar studied Business Administration at the Westphalian Wilhelms-University of Münster. He gained his Ph.D. in Brand Strategies with Prof. Heribert Meffert.
Dr. Caspar worked as a management consultant focusing on strategy, marketing, and brand management at McKinsey before taking on a leadership role at Universal Music Germany.
He co-founded the virtual world company Metaversum and the agencies Userlutions GmbH and Caspar-Feld Marketing-Performance GmbH.
Since 2011, he has been co-CEO at Mister Spex, serving on the Management Board and responsible for marketing, category management, product management, retail stores, and international markets.
