Rainer Berak is the Operational Partner and MD of Project A, responsible for Project A Services, the operational unit attached to the VC fund Project A.

Before joining Project A, he managed large-scale projects at the international football associations UEFA and FIFA, the global operations strategy team at Adidas, and the technology consultancy Accenture.

Driven by his personal path and experience as a father, Rainer is passionate about diversity and sustainability and leads projects related to these themes. He's a proud member of Leaders for Climate Action.

Rainer holds a degree in Education Science, Organizational Science, and Business Administration from the University of Cologne. He lived and worked in Poland and Switzerland, speaks German, English, and French, and studies Polish.
