I currently serve as Operating Partner with the PE firm Triton Partners helping their portofolio companies unlock sustainable growth through shaping their strategic roadmap, digitizing their operations and building robust go-to-market strategies. My passion is in building up and scaling tech companies in the B2B space and my mission is to bring together the customer perspective and the product perspective to build ventures that are successful in the long-run. In my previous job, I was in charge of globally scaling the OneTrust ESG & Sustainability Cloud and helped to build up the ClimateTech Start-up Planelty as Director Growth in charge of the Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations. Prior to that, I worked as project leader at BCGDV helping companies to uncover opportunities through digital business innovation - both by building digital corporate ventures and by digitizing their internal operations with state-of-the-art technology. I started my career as Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group working on large scale optimization and transformation projects in various industries.
